Prototype design
Prototyping is defined as the process of developing a working replication of a product or system that has to be engineered. In this process model, the system is partially implemented before or during the analysis phase thereby giving the customers an opportunity to see the product early in the life cycle.
Precision machining & Assembly
UI is close-tolerance, high mix, low to medium volume precision machining & assembly services providing company. After serving the manufacturing industry for over fourteen years with all types of precision exacting dimensional tools, fixtures, gauges, shafts, moulds, spindles and precision machined components and assemblies for product lines, we feel proudly obligated to carry our services with efficiency and quality. We have high skilled staff to precisely complete the assembling job from small to high end product & equipment’s in-house & customer site. Plastic Injection Moulding
UI involved in manufacture of injection, compression and thermoset injection moulded components for Railway, Hard drive and cosmetic industries. Also we have the capability to manufacture moulds as per Customer design and samples. UI have vast experience for developing & supplying high quality plastic & rubber parts based on customer requirements.
Metal Stamping
UI stamping operations are equipped with stamping presses (manual, progressive and transfer lines) ranging from 45-tons to 400-tons and fully utilized the dominant presses technology like hydraulic and Servo driven system. We are constantly upgrading our equipment to meet the current demands of the stamping industry.
Laser Cutting
We are proud to express some of the newest technology in the laser cutting industry in Malaysia. Our laser machine can cut as thin as 0.001 inches and as thick as .750 inches. Laser cutting is the method of directing the output of a high powered laser at the objects to be cut. This has the end result of leaving a clean edge with a tremendously high-quality finish. Laser cutting is renowned as being one of the most precise methods of cutting metal. The results are simply best & better in every term whether it is production capacity or time consumption. Moreover, these are easy to operate, also easy to maintain.
Welding & Fabrication
We have wide range of welding equipment’s of reputed brands like ADOR and ESAB.Highly skilled team has the capability to translate your design into a precision finished item. We apply a broad range of high-tech and conventional fabrication skills to the cost-effective manufacture of many products, complex structures are assembled and produced in our fabrication department and we are able to supply complete bolted or welded assemblies. Mig and Tig welding on stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel allows us to offer competitive prices and fast turnaround for both custom items and series production.
Painting, Powder Coating and Heat Treatment
We are offering a wide range of Powder Coating & Powder Coating Paint, etc which serves as a coating over the exposed surface of the various machines and equipment. This coating acts as a thin, tough, unbroken and durable film over the substrate and protect it from various sort of damages. Also, the coating gives a shiny look, as these Powder Coating Powder are available in a variety of gloss, such as, Glossy Finish, Satin, Matt Finish, Pure Polyester, Structure Finish and others. Our power line capacity is 7ftx3ftx20ftx150kg/pc. We also providing Heat Treatment such as Hardening, Vacuum Hardening, Carburizing / Oil Quenching, Annealing, Hard chrome, Sandblasting Thermal Spry.
